- Deals with, prime contractors, co-ordination and monitoring of site sub-contractors and suppliers in order to deliver a “key-in-hand” service.
GICRAM owes its effectiveness to its multi-field team which offers, thanks to its more than 30 years of first hand experience in the corporate real estate field and its professional know-how, the full range of Key in Hand services.
G.S.G. - Investment Company – Financier of the group.
Alone, or in partnership with other investors, can retain assets in certain key-in-hand leasing or business park operations.
GEMFI - Promotion development.
It allows to position on a site in order to carry out sales or leasing operations. It is in charge of turnkey leasing, Business Park or Logistic Park development.
- It offers the possibility of positioning on a site
- It develops the operation on the account of a future tenant user
- It undertakes business park activities or logistic park activities operations
- It guarantees construction and project management until selling to investor or to the financier of the group
GEMFI is in charge of, during and after construction period, of the coordination of owner representation and lease agreements.

Purchases, renovates and resells existing buildings
- Purchases existing old buildings
- Renovates and rehabilitates existing buildings, negotiates contract terms and obtains the necessary administrative permits
- Avails itself of the expertise of the companies of the Group
- Resells items to investors, users, or acts as an investor retaining assets for Financier of the group GSG.
